urVetClinic

A public profile on the outside. A connected practice behind it.

Your practice, its locations, its services and the veterinarians who work there — presented once, kept current by the people who actually know, and connected to the record that follows each animal.

An organization is not an address

Most directories flatten a practice into whichever location they found first. That is fine until someone drives to the wrong site, or calls a number that is only staffed on Tuesdays.

The practice

One identity: who you are, what you stand for, your accreditations, your relationships. It survives staff changes and software changes.

Each location

Its own hours, phone, services, species and booking route — because those genuinely differ, and a client needs the one they are going to.

The people

Veterinarians appear because an affiliation exists, and stop appearing when it ends. Their professional identity remains theirs throughout.

Who works here, and what each of them may do

Roles are held at the practice, not at the platform — a technician here and a veterinarian somewhere else is one person with two different sets of permissions, and this is the screen that decides the first one.

Connected does not mean replaced

Nothing here asks a practice to abandon the software it already runs on.

Practices run on systems chosen for good reasons, and a public profile is a poor excuse to replace any of them. The interoperability layer exists so information can move between a practice management system, laboratories, imaging, pharmacy and the animal’s own record without the practice changing what it uses.

Individual connectors are at different stages of completion, and this page does not promise a specific one. Ask about the systems you actually run, and you will get a straight answer about which are connected today.

If your practice is already listed

Many practices appear here from public and directory sources. A listing is a record about you — not an account, and not a statement that you use urSynergy.

Claiming a listing is how the facts stop being someone else’s summary of your practice and start being yours: your hours, your services, your locations, your people. Until it is claimed, what you see is what the source said, and we would rather show that plainly than dress it up.
